Lancashire Constabulary

How to make a complaint

Lancashire Constabulary strives to provide the highest quality of service to our communities, however there will be occasions when we do not meet the expectations of the public.

Complaints are important to us as they assist in improving the service we deliver and in reviewing our policies and procedures.

We're sorry you have reached the point where you feel you need to make a complaint but will do all that we can to make that process easier for you.

If learning points are identified as a result of your complaint, we will ensure these are fed back into the organisation as appropriate to improve the service we provide and minimise the chance of recurrence.

Lancashire Constabulary has a complainants Charter setting out what you can expect from us when you make a complaint. Click here for details.... (word document)
