The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Lancashire following the election on November 15, Clive Grunshaw has taken up the post of PCC for Lancashire. The role of the PCC is to be the voice of the people of Lancashire when it comes to policing and crime prevention and to hold the Chief Constable to account for the delivery and performance of the force.
