What do you want to happen in your area?

Your local team is all about finding local solutions to local issues and works closely with organisations to make this happen. It runs monthly meetings called Police and Communities Together (PACT) where you can talk about things that are happening in your area that you think need sorting out.

You said:
Youths causing problems on Barnes Court.

We did:
Officers have carried out high visibility patrols of the area including peak times. Various operations have been carried out to target offending youths. Officers will continue to monitor the area until the work is completed.

You said:
Reports of noise nuisance from Wycollar Avenue.

We did:
Officers have spoken to the tenant and the landlord has been informed of the behaviour. No further reports have been received.

You said:
Anti social behaviour issues around Brunshaw Road and Wycollar Avenue.

We did:
Officers have targeted the area throughout August and havent received any further complaints.


ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ORDERS

Stuart Murgatroyd is subject to an ASBO until 5th November 2011 which prohibits him from:

1. Acting in an anti social manner, that is to say, a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household, this includes abusive, threatening language, swearing and hand gestures within Burnley Borough Council area.

2. Entering/being in the area of Burnley Road, Altham Street, Bright Street and Victoria Road.

3. Being in possession of any open container or alcohol or being drunk in a public place within the Burnley Borough Council area.

If you see Stuart Murgatroyd breaching his asbo please contact the Police Station on 0845 1 25 35 45.


Dawn Hughes is subject to an ASBO until 5th November 2011 which prohibits her from:

1. Acting in an anti social manner, that is to say, a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household; this includes abusive, threatening language, swearing and hand gestures within the Burnley Borough Council area.

2. Entering/being in the area outlined on the attached map.

3. Being in possession of any open container of alcohol of being drunk in a public place within the Burnley Borough Council area.
