What do you want to happen in your area?

Your local team is all about finding local solutions to local issues and works closely with organisations to make this happen. It runs monthly meetings called Police and Communities Together (PACT) where you can talk about things that are happening in your area that you think need sorting out.

Priority 1:

Anti social Behaviour – Motorists - Ashfield Road / All Saints / Kincraig Road / All Hallows - 07:30 – 09:00 Mon- Fri 11:45 – 14:00 Mon - Fri 15:00 – 19:00

Priority 2:

Anti Social Behaviour - Juveniles - Shop on Kincraig Road - 15:00 – 22:00 every night

Priority 3:

Anti Social Behaviour – Juveniles - All Hallows Flats

Find out what we have been doing in the last month -

Anti Social Behaviour – Motorists - Ashfield Road/ All Saints/ Kincraig Road/ All Hallows - High visibility presence outside the schools in the various locations before and after school times. Drivers to be stopped and advised. Fixed Penalty Notices to be issued where appropriate. As PACT priority the Road Policing Unit will engage with the Neighbourhood Policing Teams and assist in operations throughout the month with regards to speed enforcement. Conduct joint operations each month with other agencies. There have been a number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued for not wearing a seatbelt or using a mobile phone whilst driving. Section 59 warnings issued for inappropriate use of vehicles. Parking Services have been in Bispham Village targeting illegal parking.

Anti Social Behaviour - Juveniles - SPAR Kincraig Road - 15:00-22:00, Every night - Robust action to be taken at all times. Youths issued with Youth Referral Forms where appropriate. Penalty Notice Disorders to be issued where appropriate. Youths to be taken home with a view to speaking with parents. Make contact with anyone who has been affected by Anti Social Behaviour and offer reassurance. Joint visits conducted with housing officers to the main problem causers. Football Fridays have started at Montgomery High School for local children in the area to attend. This happens every Friday between 6pm and 9pm. Criminal Damage on the area has been reducing on a monthly basis. Positive intervention is put in place to try and keep Anti Social Behaviour calls at a minimum. There has been an ever increasing feeling of Public Confidence at every public meeting.
