Do you recognise this man?
Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to following an assault and a robbery on a bus in Blackpool.
At shortly before 17:00 hours on Tuesday 16th January, a black Renault Clio pulled up in front of a bus which was parked up at a bus stop on Talbot Road, Blackpool.
Two men exited the vehicle and made their way on to the bus. One of them approached a male passenger and was verbally aggressive.
Meanwhile, another offender stole his mobile phone, before dragging a bag from a second victim. The second victim was then kicked twice to the head.
Police attended and three men, aged 29 and 30 were arrested in connection with the offence. They have been released under investigation.
Officers are looking to speak to the pictured man in relation to incident.
PC Danny Morris of Blackpool Police, said: “We’re appealing for anyone who saw the incident, or who recognises the pictured man, to come forward. This is an unprovoked attack which has happened at a busy time when many people will have been travelling home from school or work.”
“Fortunately, the victim only sustained minor injuries but this must have been a terrifying experience for everyone involved.”
