Can you help us identify these men following a Darwen burglary?

Thursday, May 25, 2023

Earlier this week we asked for help identifying three vehicles as part of our enquiries into a high-value burglary in Darwen.

We are now asking for your help identifying the men in the attached images, in relation to the same investigation.
The incident occurred on May 20th when a group of around 18 people forced their way into an industrial compound on Global Way. The offenders arrived in three vehicles – two vans and a car - and used the vans to take stock away.
They made off with around £90,000 worth of e-cigarettes and vapes, in the direction of Lower Eccleshill Road.
We are now asking anyone who recognises these men to get in touch.
We also continue to ask for information about three vehicles which we would like to trace. They are:
• A white Transit van, registration number ST57 RKF
• A white Iveco van, registration number BU07 LAA
• A grey Volkswagen Golf, registration number HX67 HCH

PC Kathryn Egan, of Lancashire Police’s East Division, said: “Our enquiries are very much ongoing and we would like to speak to these men as part of our investigation. If you recognise them, please get in touch with us.

“Similarly, if you can help us trace the vehicles used in the incident, we want to hear from you.

“Finally, if you were in the area of Global Way between 6pm and 6.20pm on May 20th, we ask you to please cast your minds back and let us know if you saw anything suspicious, and to check your dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage to see if you captured anything.”

Anybody with information should call us on 101, quoting log 1226 of May 20th.
