In Autumn 2021, we adopted a new victim-focused vision and strategy, with a clear set of priorities that will underpin our service delivery to the public.
The strategy – or plan on a page - sets out exactly what we are here to do for our communities and how we will do it.
It has been shared with all our officers and staff by the Chief Officer team, to ensure that we are all working towards a common goal of preventing and fighting crime and keeping communities safe.
