There are specialist support organisations and charities that can help you get through what you’re experiencing. These are also available if you are the friend, carer or parent of someone who is the victim of non-consensual intimate image abuse.
If you report what’s happened to the police you’ll be asked if you want to be put in touch with a victim support organisation.
