It is alleged by the Appropriate Authority that being a police officer with Lancashire Constabulary, Police Constable 3975 Ahmed breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour set out in Schedule 2 to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
It is alleged that on 8th March 2024, Police Constable 3975 Ahmed used excessive force and offensive language while dealing with a detainee.
In light of the stated conduct, it is alleged that Police Constable 3975 Ahmed has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in the area(s) of Honesty and Integrity; Authority, Respect and Courtesy; Use of Force and Discreditable Conduct.
