Stasia joined us as a Direct Entry Superintendent in 2017, working in frontline policing on her rotations before becoming Operations Manager within East Division in 2019.
Stasia became Head of Corporate Development, based at Headquarters, before moving to the south in 2022 as the BCU Commander for the last two years. She successfully achieved promotion to the role of ACC for Territorial Operations on 1 May 2025.
Before joining the Police, Stasia began her career as a Forensic Psychologist within the Prison Service and a High Secure Hospital. She then went on to work for the Home Office and Local Government in senior leadership positions involving public protection, youth justice and children's services.
As ACC for Territorial Operations, Stasia is responsible for Response, Response Investigation Team (RIT), Partnerships and Prevention, local policing across Lancashire and Media and Engagement.
