UPDATE: Three now arrested as investigation continues into Preston fire

Two 14-year-old boys have been arrested and released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
And this morning (Sunday) a third person – a 16-year-old boy – was also arrested. He has also now been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.

Man jailed for manslaughter | February 11, 2022
Mohammed Malik, 58, of Heights Road, Nelson, was today (Friday, Feb 11th) at Preston Crown Court jailed for a total of 13 years. He received 13 years for the manslaughter and 32 months concurrent for the wounding.
