The Safer Roads Unit provides administration support to police officers and the public for all minor motoring offences for Lancashire Constabulary.
The team is responsible for processing all speeding offences detected by static, average speed and mobile cameras, Traffic Offence Reports and Fixed Penalty Notices issued by police officers, and the processing of injury collisions reported to Lancashire Constabulary.

If you have an enquiry in respect of payment of a conditional offer of fixed penalty, please note that the police do not manage these payments. Please make contact with HMCTS by email alternatively you can telephone them using 0113 3076660.
